SECURITY & ACCESS
Fort Shafter is a secure facility. You must submit the security form to have access to base.
-
If you have a CAC Card or a Retired Military ID Card, you DO NOT have to submit security.
-
The access form is for registered sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers only.
-
Deadline to submit security is Friday, March 27, 2026.
-
PLEASE NOTE: That the C5 Guest Access List was turned in on March 27, 2026. Because of increased Force Protection Conditions USARPAC is requiring all those that are not badged (those that DO NOT have a CAC, Retired Military ID, or DBIDS for Fort Shafter) to be sponsored to receive a Guest Pass. At this point, if you are not on our access list, we cannot sponsor you if you are not badged, and we cannot add you to our access list.
INVITE YOUR CUSTOMERS AND POCs TO ATTEND THE C5 CYBER & IT FORUM
There is no fee for military (.mil) and government (.gov) cyber and IT professionals to attend the C5 Cyber & IT Forum. Invite your local customers and POCs to attend.
EXHIBITOR DIRECTIONS & INFORMATION
Please review the Exhibitor Directions for venue, directions, event times, the dress code, and more information.
* Please note that this is a tabletop event. We encourage you to bring popup banners, but we cannot accommodate 10 x 10 backdrop displays.
SPEAKER INFORMATION SHEET
If your company has a speaker presenting at C5, please refer to the Speaker Information Sheet below for all the details. PLEASE NOTE that with heightened Force Protection Conditions, all non-badged speakers that are on our Guest Access List will have to go to the Tripler Pass & IT Office to get a Guest Pass.
